Her multidisciplinary design and value-centered practice focus on deconstructing nebulous concepts, bringing people together, and breaking down complex problems to activate a more conscious democracy. She leads civic design at Montgomery County and formerly worked for Mayor Garcetti&#8217;s Innovation Team, Stanford Impact Labs, and Microsoft.
