He helps organizations build better products and executives build the cultures that build better products. He is the co-author of the award-winning book <a href=\"https:\/\/jeffgothelf.com\/books\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1375\">Lean UX<\/a>\u00a0(now in it\u2019s 3rd edition) and the Harvard Business Review Press book\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/jeffgothelf.com\/books\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1375\">Sense &amp; Respond<\/a>. His third book was an extended essay on\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/a.co\/d\/4Q6lqVz\">Lean, Agile and Design Thinking<\/a>. In 2020 he published the critically aclaimed book,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/jeffgothelf.com\/foreveremployable\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"4581\">Forever Employable<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Starting off as a software designer then product manager and finally entrepreneur, Jeff now works as a keynote speaker, trainer, coach, and board advisor helping companies put the customer in the century of every decision.<\/p>\n<p>Most recently Jeff co-authored\u00a0<em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.okr-book.com\/\">Who Does What By How Much?<\/a><\/em>, his 5th book and 3rd with co-author Josh Seiden.
