They are supported by <a href=\"\/design-in-product\/speakers\/lou-rosenfeld\/\" target=\"blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lou Rosenfeld<\/a> and the Rosenfeld Media team, which has been making sure that attendees, speakers, and sponsors enjoy great conference experiences for over a decade.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What content is provided with a ticket purchase?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>As a registered attendee, you receive exclusive access to edited session recordings, as well as sketchnotes, session notes, and decks. These were posted after the close of the conference on the <a href=\"https:\/\/rosenfeldmedia.com\/advancing-service-design\/program-2\/\">program page<\/a>, and will be <strong>available for 90 days<\/strong> <strong>after the conference\u2014until March 5, 2025<\/strong>. To extend access (and gain access to content from all of our other past conferences), consider signing up for a <a href=\"https:\/\/rosenfeldmedia.com\/rosenverse\/\">Rosenverse gold membership<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What are your Terms of Service and Refund Policy?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>You can find both <a href=\"\/advancing-service-design\/terms-of-service\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><!--\n\n\n<h3><strong>In Person Experience<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<strong>I bought an in-person ticket but now I can\u2019t attend. What are my options?<\/strong>\n\nWe hope you\u2019ll consider attending virtually. Please refer to our <a href=\"\/design-in-product\/terms-of-service\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">refund policy<\/a> for details on converting your ticket or getting a refund.\n\n<strong>What is your policy on vaccination and masks?<\/strong>\n\nOur conference venue requires proof of vaccination prior to entry for all attendees, which may require utilizing an app as specified by the venue. Everyone will be required to wear a mask inside the venue unless you are actively eating or drinking. This policy is subject to change as per the venue\u2019s requirements, as well as those of the CDC (Centers for Disease Control).\n\n<strong>What if there is a surge in Covid-19, will the conference be postponed?\u00a0<\/strong>\n\nWe will follow CDC and New York City guidance regarding postponement due to Covid 19.\n\nRegardless of the in-person conference\u2019s status, the virtual conference will continue as planned. Should the in-person conference be postponed, you will have a credit that you can use to attend the virtual conference, a future conference, or workshop.\u00a0 Credits will be in force for 36 months.\n\n<strong>Should I purchase travel insurance?<\/strong>\n\nWe highly recommend that you purchase \"cancel for any reason\" travel insurance; it will provide you with the maximum of flexibility and protection.\u00a0 Check with your insurance broker or try <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.insuremytrip.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/www.insuremytrip.com\/<\/a>.\n\n<strong>Will you offer accommodations for people with disabilities?<\/strong>\n\nClosed captioning will be available at the live event and will be projected onstage. The venue is fully wheelchair accessible. If you need any additional accommodations, please <a href=\"mailto:advancingresearch@rosenfeldmedia.com\">contact customer service<\/a>.\n\n<strong>Will you have options for people with dietary restrictions?<\/strong>\n\nOur menu offers gluten free and vegan options. That\u2019s why we\u2019re adding a bonus day for virtual attendees that will include \u201copen house\u201d content and activities specially tailored to your needs.\n\n<strong>How do Watch Parties work?<\/strong>\n\nRosenfeld Media conferences draw from an international audience in most global time zones. If your time doesn\u2019t line up well with the live conference program, you\u2019ll want to join a watch party.
