Before focusing on ResearchOps, she spent seven years as a UX researcher and architect. A polymath at heart, Lauren began her UX career after earning a film degree, working in content operations, and dabbling in front-end development. Across roles, she\u2019s maintained a focus on people-centered process, information architecture, and\u2014most recently\u2014how work happens.
