She holds an MSc in Information Studies (University of Amsterdam) and a BSc in HCI (University of Dundee). She leads research across continents and works with many partners from marketing, communications, learning &#038; development, and product to build a strong research culture. Her sweet spots: ResearchOps, big international projects, and strategic research. Over the last 6+ years, she\u201a\u00c4\u00f4s built and scaled ResearchOps from the ground up. Now she&#8217;s shaping ResearchOps 2.0 so small but mighty teams can do big things at enterprise scale.
