Taiye is the current MRS Young Researcher of the Year and a key player in the Behaviour &
Culture team at Truth Consulting. Her work sits at the intersection of insight and
strategy—digging into the nuances of human behaviour to help brands make smarter, more
relevant decisions.
She brings passion and experience when it comes to designing methodologies that cut
through the noise. From group sessions to immersive workshops, Taiye creates spaces
where real voices are heard and turned into actionable insight. Whether working with tech
giants, financial institutions, or membership clubs, her approach is always people-centric at
its core, ensuring the participant’s voice is heard, respected, and valued in every project.
Taiye has played a pivotal role in shaping consumer-led strategies for brands like Barclays,
Lego, and Philips—helping them stay culturally tuned-in and commercially sharp. She’s not
just researching people; she’s making sure research works for them too.
