Renée Reid is a dynamic UX Research leader and sought-after international industry keynote speaker and MC. She has captivated audiences at popular conferences &events including, UX CON Vienna, Figma CONFIG, AFROTECH, UXRConf, Advancing Research, Enterprise UX and many others. Renee has also been the commencement speaker at UC Berkeley’s Master of Design and UC Irvine Master of HCI programs, where she has helped to inspire the next generation of Research & Design practitioners.

Renee is currently the Director of UX Design Research at LinkedIn, leading a team of researchers across Agentic, Premium and Search Experiences. She previously managed teams across Talent Solutions as well as LinkedIn Marketing & Ads solutions. Renee has over 25 years of professional experience consisting of roles in Project
Management, Sales and User Experience(UX).

A proud Historically Black College and University (HBCU) alumna from Savannah State University in Savannah, Georgia, Renee also received her Master’s in Human Computer Interaction and Design from the University of California, Irvine. She has served as the Board Chair for Opportunity Junction, a non profit workforce development organization in Antioch, California and also serves as a product design advisor and investor for several startups.

In 2020 Renee launched her popular podcast, Tech Wrap Queen available across all platforms, helping to amplify underserved voices & leaders throughout Tech, Design and Culture through dynamic conversations that inform and inspire her guests which are known as the “Royal Court”
