AR2025 Virtual Breakout Sessions Submission

You may submit your breakout session details using this form. Each session description should have a clear “hook” (a motivation for joining that we can promote). We don’t expect you to have a unique session for each slot—you’re welcome to repeat your breakout topic on your second day if you’d like.

You can use your Zoom lounge for demonstrations, presentations, panels, discussions, even games—any way you’d like that will attract, engage, and provide value to participants. We’ll also promote your sessions through a variety of channels, including the conference program, to AR2025 attendees and to the broader Rosenfeld Media Advancing Research Community. Rosenfeld Media will provide you Zoom meetings for your company’s sessions.
