1 day virtual workshop
March 30, 2023, 8:00 am-4:00 pm PT

UX researchers often rely on a common toolkit of qualitative research methods, such as interviews and usability testing. But more complex research problems require us to employ quantitative approaches side-by-side with our qualitative tools, combining them in powerful new ways that can be immensely impactful.

UX researchers who are new to quantitative research methods often find themselves at a disadvantage in the face of ever more complex research challenges. In this workshop, we will cover common quantitative approaches to UX research for qual-minded research professionals who want to uplevel their quantitative skills.

Target Audience
The workshop will cater to audiences who come to their UX research practice with qualitative and mixed-methods backgrounds. You’ll leave with confidence in your ability to work with quantitative research approaches, and you’ll develop greater skills at analyzing quantitative data as well as interpreting and presenting the results.

Pre-requisites
Workshop attendees should have a minimum of 2 years experience working as a professional researcher (e.g., UX researcher or market researcher), and use qualitative methods such as interviews, usability tests, focus groups, and contextual inquiries.
