Mackenzie Guinon is a Senior User Experience (UX) Researcher at Handshake. She has winding career path, ranging from UX research, data analytics, consulting, sustainability, finance, operations, and customer service. She has an MBA from University of California, Davis\u2019 Graduate School of Management and a bachelor\u2019s degree from University of California, San Diego. In her spare time, Mackenzie is dedicated to mentoring and career coaching job seekers, especially women who are new to their careers or interested in changing career paths. She is a published children\u2019s book author-illustrator.
