At ZS, she is responsible for driving UX research team goals, activities and projects from discovery to delivery. With over 20 years of experience, Amanda is an expert in qualitative and quantitative research methods, design thinking for problem solving, and transforming data into stories. Amanda has a proven track record of delivering systems of insight tools via insight pocket guides, audience and persona profiles, eLearning training classes, journey maps, videos, infographics and insight chat bots.<\/p>\n<p>Amanda\u2019s career has spanned both corporate- and agency-side businesses working in partnership with product development and design teams to flexibly adapt research to scale globally in sprints and tests. Prior to joining ZS, Amanda was a Senior Director of UX Innovation with Ipsos.
