With a background in marketing and management, research was an obvious next step to truly connect with customers. She\u2019s collaborated on interesting and meaty problems across the entire organization including tackling user problems around research repositories, usability testing for new product launches, and implementing mixed-method research to help the team make better decisions and strategize.
