She is currently a Principal at ZS, where she leads the User Experience\u00a0practice. The UX team at ZS\u00a0engages in\u00a0research and human-centered design for\u00a0enterprise software\u00a0and custom client solutions. As an anthropologist, Natalie\u2019s\u00a0research has focused on work practices and work environments.\u00a0She\u00a0has a special interest in how institutions respond and transform in response to macro-economic, industry, and regional trends, and how the resulting organizational changes affect the lives of employees.
