She designs for Rosenfeld\u2019s virtual conference sponsorship experiences across new initiatives, service design, and operations. She also conducts user research for startups and non-profit organizations. Before joining the UX field, she conducted ethnographic and social research for public health campaigns and labor rights ordinances in South Florida.<\/p>\n<p>She has a Master of Arts degree in Anthropology from Florida International University.
