    Mobile Application Design

    Suzanne has worked with several companies in the very early stages of their mobile application design process. In some cases, they’ve developed a prototype that they recognize needs user experience improvement. Other clients are experienced software folks who are about to embark on an application design but don’t have in-house mobile design talent. Whatever the situation, Suzanne collaborates closely with the client to understand their needs and develop a plan to help ensure a successful product launch or sometimes relaunch.

    Suzanne Ginsburg

    Suzanne Ginsburg is a user experience consultant based in San Francisco, California. She helps companies design software, from the concept phase to detailed design. One of her favorite aspects of user-centered design is exploratory user research. Suzanne has conducted exploratory research for various projects such as online communities, home networking, and mobile payments.

    Suzanne is also an experienced speaker and writer. She is a Mobile Design Lecturer at UC Berkeley’s iSchool and regularly presents at meetups and conferences. Suzanne wrote Designing the iPhone User Experience (Addison-Wesley 2010) and has written for a variety of online magazines such as UX MagazineSmashing Magazine, and Johnny Holland.
