    Behavioral Psychology and Engagement Design

Do you want to figure out how to motivate people to take an action (at a website, on the job, from a TV ad)? I work with clients to understand their target audience and design decisions to get people to take action (websites, software, apps, brochures, training, etc.)

    User Experience Audit

I talk with you for an hour about your product/website/app, then I evaluate the product for the effectiveness of its user experience, including interaction, layout, engagement, match to audience task flow, usability, and conversion. After my evaluation, I prepare my ideas and we meet for two to three hours to discuss my recommendations.
