  • Nathan can help you with

    Business Models and Strategy

I consult on an organization’s business model, either aiding its creation from scratch or fine-tuning it for potential problems. I can also help in the communication of a new venture or internal effort to key stakeholders.

    Customer Experience and Meaning Strategy

I can evaluate customer research, help plan market strategies, audit current or proposed customer experiences from a multidimensional model, and create a meaning strategy that aligns brand, organization, team, customer, and competitor approaches. This can drive more successful products and services that create deeper customer relationships and loyalty.

    Sustainability Evaluation and Strategy

It’s no longer possible for organizations to be successful without innovating sustainably and designing for lower ecological, social, cultural, and economic impacts. I can help evaluate current and proposed products and services, as well as plan changes to organizational culture in order to make sustainability goals more integral and successful. I can train leaders, partners, and employees on the best tools to suit their needs and orient all stakeholders to sustainability criteria, culture, and vision.

    Innovative Educational Models

Education is being squeezed between rapidly rising costs, lowered return on investment, and unprecedented technological options. I’ve been building new programs and new models and can consult on organizational change or educational institutions (as well as educational offerings in internal corporate training programs).

    Radical Science Fiction Interfaces

I have been researching interfaces within science fiction for over 8 years, along with my co-author Chris Noessel. We’ve analyzes, extensively, both the survey of interfaces created in television and films, as well as the principles and mechanisms within these that make them successful, sensational, and unique. We’ve identified several areas in which interfaces in entertainment have yet to explore.
