    Research and Service Design Strategy

Working as an interaction and service design consultant, Andy can work on insights and background research through to developing a complete service proposition. With his background in interaction design, he can draw up wireframes or sketch concepts and simple storyboards and his happy presenting to clients. Although he can cope well with being parachuted into a project, it’s usually better if he can be there from the outset. This kind of consulting can be for an agency servicing a client or for clients directly. Andy can also help organisations who don’t have their own in-house service, UX or CX.

Team or Individual Mentoring and Coaching

With a long history of teaching and mentoring, Andy can help a team or individuals who need some external input, helping to push the creative thinking on a project into a different direction. Some projects need a divergent process to expand and explore unusual ideas and get the team out of a rut, other teams or projects are floating and too vague and need some help focusing down. This kind of mentoring is generally tightly focussed on a particular project or issue and Andy can bring a range of methods and techniques to bear on the problem.
